h2o AGREEMENT

  1.  Always come ready to give you my very best attention & coaching. I will be alert, without fatigue or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  My aim to to not only prepare you for your Practical Driving Test but beyond; giving you the skills and experience you need, so that once you are driving 'solo' you will have already been practising this (while I sit next to you).

2. I will always be kind, considerate & patient with you while making your lesson a positive experience.
 

3. I will promptly be on time. If for unforeseeable reason, I am late I will do my best to make contact with you & either extend your driving time at that lesson or ensure you gain the owed time (plus more) the very next drive.
 

4. If I am using your private vehicle, I will treat it with the same respect as my own.
 

5. Always carry my valid Licence, Industry Authority & Blue Card.
 

6. Always drive safely and respectably, in consideration of other road users, while obeying all QLD traffic regulations & laws at all times

1 . Always carry your valid Learners Licence & present it prior to each drive

4. Attend alert, without fatigue or under the influence of alcohol or drugs; understand that your lesson may be cancelled or terminated forfeiting the lesson fee.

5. Please inform us if you have been unwell or commenced a medication that may influence your driving ability.

6. Pay for your lessons 24 hours before the lesson

7. Take your driving seriously, being promptly on time. If you are late, the lesson starts late & will finish on time, resulting in less driving time for yourself.

8. Please read the H2O Policy, including the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.  If there is something unclear, please say so.

9. Agree to pay for the excess on the H2O Driver Training Insurance if you are at fault in causing an accident.

10.  If the H2O instructor is using your own private vehicle,  understanding that it must be road worthy, safe, registered & insured.

11.  H2O will love to take photos & video footage to celebrate your success.  If you give consent, it will be used for marketing purposes for Hills 2 Ocean Driver Training (posted on Instagram, Facebook and/or H2O Website). If you do not want this to happen, please say so and not have your photo/video taken.   If you are under 18, it will require written consent from your parent(s) or guardian.
